☞ 튜터링 신청하기 전에 아래 주의사항을 꼭 읽어보세요!

* 튜터링 희망일로부터 하루 전날 오후 3시까지는 신청을 마쳐주세요.

예) 3월 3일 오후 3시 이전에 신청 → 3월 4일 튜터링 가능

3월 3일 오후 3시 이후에 신청 → 3월 5일 튜터링 가능(3월 4일 튜터링은 불가)

단, 월요일에 튜터링을 받기 원하신다면 금요일 오후 3시 전까지 신청해주셔야 합니다.

주말에는 센터를 운영하지 않습니다. (공휴일이나 연휴 다음날에 튜터링을 원하는 경우에도 공휴일 전날 평일 오후 3시 전까지 신청해주셔야 합니다.)

* 튜터링 받을 글을 업로드한 후에는 해당 파일을 변경할 수 없습니다.

변경을 원하는 경우에는 반드시 튜터링 예정일 전날 오후 3시까지는 센터로 전화주셔야 합니다.(705-4758)

* 첨삭받고자 하는 글은 반드시 워드나 한글로 업로드해주세요.

PDF나 사진파일로 올리시면 안됩니다.

☞ 2021년 1학기는 줌 화상을 이용하여 비대면 튜터링으로 진행됩니다.

* 줌 화상으로 튜터링이 진행되기 때문에 튜티는 글쓰기센터에 방문하지 않습니다.

* 튜터링 배정을 받은 신청자에게 배정일의 하루 전날 글쓰기센터에서 줌 화상회의 URL 주소를 이메일로 보내드립니다.

* 튜터링을 배정받은 시간에 반드시 보내드린 줌 화상회의실로 접속하셔야 합니다. 접속 후 소회의실로 자동 참석되면서 튜터와 대면 튜터링을 하실 수 있습니다.

* 튜터링은 30분 동안 진행되며 튜터는 신청자의 글을 화면으로 함께 공유하며 튜터링을 실시합니다.

* 튜터링이 끝난 다음 튜티는 설문조사를 완료하시면 첨삭글과 총평을 글쓰기센터 홈페이지에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

* 배정 당일 줌에 접속하지 못하여 튜터링을 완료하지 못하면 튜터링 신청이 취소되어 첨삭지를 볼 수 없습니다.

(부득이한 사정이 생겼을 때에는 반드시 글쓰기센터로 미리 연락을 주셔야 합니다.)

Please read the notifications below before applying for tutoring!

 *Please submit the application by 3:00 p.m. a day before tutoring.

 e.g., Apply before 3:00 p.m. on March 3rd → Available for tutoring on March 4th

 Apply after 3:00 p.m. on March 3rd → Available for tutoring on March 5th (no tutoring on March 4th)

If you want to receive tutoring on Monday, please apply before 3 p.m. on Friday. We do not run the center on weekends. (If you want tutoring on a holiday or the day after the holiday, please apply before 3:00 p.m. on weekdays the day before the holiday.)

*You cannot change the file after uploading the writing.

If you want to change it, please call the center by 3:00 p.m. the day before the scheduled tutoring day (705-4758)

*Please make sure to upload your writing as Word or HWP file.

Do not upload it as PDF or image file.

 ☞ The center will offer an untact tutoring service at the zoom meeting during the first semester of 2021

*You do not visit the writing center, as tutoring will be held at the zoom meeting room. 

*After the applicant is assigned to the tutor, the center will send the zoom meeting URL via e-mail to the applicant before the assigned date.

*Please enter the zoom meeting room the center sent you before the assigned time. You will be automatically connected to the breakout room and have a face-to-face online tutoring service with your tutor.

*The meeting is 30 minutes long, and the tutor will screen-share the applicant's writing and tutor the tutee. 

 *You can check your edited writing and a general review after the tutoring on the writing center website after submitting the survey.

 *If you do not enter the zoom meeting room on the assigned date, the tutoring will be canceled, and you cannot receive your edited writing.
